Only Rolex can confirm the authenticity of a Rolex watch. Its original configuration is rigorously verified, right down to its smallest gear trains. All pre-owned Rolex watches that are part of our RCPO programme return to our very own workshops where they are meticulously checked and authenticated.
Which guarantee do RCPO watches benefit from?
Our watches in the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned programme all benefit from a two-year international guarantee. They come with a distinct seal and a guarantee card issued by the brand, which attest to their performance and officially certify their authenticity.
How are RCPO watches tested?
Each pre-owned Rolex watch undergoes the same checks as newly purchased models in our after-sales service. All our RCPO watches are therefore examined in minute detail and tested as worn according to the strictest criteria.
What level of performance is guaranteed for RCPO watches?
We ensure that all RCPO watches perform as well as new. However, exceptions are made concerning the degree of waterproofness and original precision of some watches that are among the oldest models. Each RCPO watch is fully serviced. While we always prefer maintaining the integrity of our watches to preserve their history, we can, if necessary, return them to their original state thanks to genuine replacement parts that we systematically store over several decades.
