Cosmograph Daytona

Rolex presents two new versions of the Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona whose dials contrast white and black natural mother-of-pearl and a bezel set with brilliant-cut diamonds. These reinterpretations achieve the perfect balance of precision and preciousness. A subtle interplay of hues reflects wide-ranging expertise, from gem-setting to the art of dial making. Dials in natural mother‑of‑pearl

Strength of contrast

Made from 18 ct white gold, these timepieces display two colours of natural mother-of-pearl on the dial. The dial is white with black counters on the first watch; a colour combination that is reversed on the second. The strength of the contrast, the intensity of the colours and the depth of the reflections are the result of a particularly stringent material selection process. The mother-of-pearl discs are also positioned to further enhance the contrast between them.

Gem-set bezel

Precious and prestigious

Over the course of its history, the Cosmograph Daytona has appeared in various gem-set versions on which the emblematic tachymetric scale is replaced with diamonds or coloured precious stones. This bold aesthetic returns on the new watches, which incorporate a bezel adorned with 36 brilliant-cut diamonds whose multiple facets create exceptional sparkle.
