The Amundi Evian Championship

Thrills in the Alpine foothills

Golf’s only Major to be staged in continental Europe, The Amundi Evian Championship is a reference point in the women’s game. First played in 1994, it was elevated in status to become the fifth women’s Major in 2013. Over 30 years, the tournament has steadily constructed its own history to become a unique event.

Stunning venue

Visually stunning venue

The Amundi Evian Championship is played every July on the demanding Champions Course at Evian Resort Golf Club, nestled between the pristine shores of Lake Geneva and the majestic summits of the Alps.

Evian is really a very special place for me, and this goes beyond the fact that I won my first Major there at 17.
