By winning the US Open in 2022 at just 19 years old, Carlos Alcaraz became the youngest World No. 1 in the men’s game. At the following year’s tournament, Coco Gauff claimed her first Grand Slam® title at the same age, a feat met with jubilant celebration from an enraptured crowd.
