The courts at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center have witnessed the rise of many young, talented players destined to shape the future of tennis. By winning the US Open in 2022 at just 19 years old, Carlos Alcaraz became the youngest World No. 1 in the men’s game. At the following year’s tournament, Coco Gauff claimed her first Grand Slam® title at the same age, a feat met with jubilant celebration from an enraptured crowd.
